Windows 10 mail signature html free download
I’d like to know how to add my html email signature to Windows Mail. It works for outlook, but when I add it via the signature window it looks fine, but anyone receiving the signature also receives attachments of the images even though the images are hosted on my server Like I say, Outlook is fine, but Mail is not working properly.

From the File menu, click New and then Mail Message. The New Message window opens. Click the Open button. Your image should show in the New Message window. Optionally, you may add text. Close the open window. Click the Signatures tab.
In the Signatures section, click the New button. In the Edit Signature section, select the radio button for File. Click the Browse… button. Navigate to the HTML file you just created. Highlight your file and click Open. Check your desired Signature settings. Click OK. A signature is either on or off for a specific account.
If you turn a signature off for one or all accounts, you can’t add the signature manually while creating a new message. I hope it helps. How satisfied are you with this reply?
