I was going to try the iDVD route. When I send to Compressor, I end up with two files which I don’t know what to do with. A follow up on your concern about size of the Pro Res master file: you can always trash it after you make your DVD — if you archive your FCP project with the original media. Even a 90 minute video doesn’t take that long to export Pro Res if you need to re-edit it in the future.
